The Kroger Gift Card Program |
                                         A Quick and Easy Fundraiser for Lady Highlander Soccer

This Kroger Cares Gift Card Program is an "effortless fundraiser" that makes it easy to raise money for the LHSBC through your regular weekly grocery trip to Kroger. All you need is the specially-bar-coded gift card (that can be reloaded at any Kroger register), and then use it to pay for your groceries. As a charitable gift, Kroger gives the LHSBC 5% of the money placed on our gift cards. It costs you nothing—just the few seconds it takes you to reload. The cards never expire and you can use it along with your Kroger Plus Card.

Cards are ordered from the booster club and have an initial balance of $1.00. The card can be used to purchase anything at Kroger (including gas) except Money Orders, Western Union, lottery tickets, hunting/fishing license and Ticket Master.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. Cards must be recharged and paid for as a separate transaction before your
    groceries are rung up.
2. Cards may be recharged at any register.
3. A gift card with a zero balance for 90 days will be voided out of the system.
4. Gift cards purchased in the store will not benefit our organization. They must be
    obtained through the booster club.
5. The more money we make from the Kroger gift cards the less we have to sell in
    fundraising.
